Projects collect your media, batch AI jobs, edits, and exports in one workspace.
The Projects list is the starting point for opening, filtering, creating, and archiving subtitle workspaces.

What a project keeps together
Media and files
Source video, audio, image, and subtitle files stay grouped by job.
Batch AI jobs and exports
Project-level AI jobs process multiple media files together and keep their exports connected to the workspace.
Discovery
Find and open the right project
- Search names
Use search when your workspace list grows.
- Filter modes and status
Switch between file projects, folder projects, active work, and archived projects.
- Check status first
Archived projects stay available for reference without appearing in the active list.
- Open a row
Select a project row to review media, jobs, project settings, and exports.

Create and import
Start a file or folder project from the New Project action.
Find and open
Use search, filters, and status to return to the right workspace.
Rename
Update a project name when the delivery, episode, or client label changes.
Archive
Move finished work out of the active list without permanently deleting it.
