Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using SubFT in any way you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read these terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Description of Service
SubFT provides an AI-powered subtitle transcription and translation platform. We process media files you upload and return translated subtitle files. The service is provided "as is" and we may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
User Obligations
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and translate any content you submit. You must not upload content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or otherwise misuses the service. Abuse may result in account suspension.
Pricing & Refunds
Credits are purchased in advance and deducted when machine processing starts. If queued work is cancelled before processing begins, pending credits may be returned automatically to your balance. Started or completed processing is not automatically refundable; contact support with billing questions.
Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of any content you upload and the subtitle outputs generated for you. SubFT retains ownership of the platform, models, and software. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the service itself.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SubFT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
